Dana got in touch with us through her sister-in-law, Julie, who is one of our favorite people ever (we love you, Julie!!) We knew we were going to get along with Dana & John before we even met them because of the connection. We had a lot of time to get to know each other on the walk to the cliffs and I remember just laughing SO much with them and we never ran out of things to talk about. They will be getting married in fall of 2022 at the Downingtown Country Club. We talked a lot about the details of their wedding day...one of the things that really stuck out to me was hearing that they are going to have a "chocolate indulgence room." Doesn't that sound like the best thing ever??! hahaha


We had Dana & John's session back in May, and finally, we got a gorgeous, sunny day at the cliffs! However...the walk to the cliffs was quite buggy...it wasn't too bad, it was just kind of annoying. I'm clearly not a bug person. And then when we actually reached the cliffs, the bugs were swarming everywhere!! And these weren't little bugs, they were HUGE!! We think they were some kind of moths?? It was disgusting...& you guys...you have no idea how many bugs I had to edit out of these photos LOL! So note to self; don't schedule sessions at the cliffs in early May haha! We have just never seen anything like it, that was crazy! Despite the bug swarms, Dana & John were so laid back and are just wonderful people to be around.


Holly and I always make a Sheetz run after a long session at the cliffs, and we found out that Dana & John are also huge fans of Sheetz and all of their yummy fried apps (I mean...who's not?) So it was fun running into them again at Sheetz afterwards :) We seriously cannot wait for their wedding next year! <3 <3 <3
