How was Joanna & Ben's wedding 6 months ago already??! TIME FLIES, people!! I mean, I feel like I just did Jo's senior photos last week... Can time slow down, please?


I love looking back on their wedding day this past winter. I remember when Jo & Ben got engaged and I was like please let us be available to photograph their wedding!! Thankfully they got married in January, (we rarely ever have weddings in January), so that made me happy :) I grew up knowing both the bride and groom, in totally separate lives and it makes my heart happy that they ended up together. I remember their wedding day was a cold...ok not just cold; it was freezing! But the bridal party was amazing and stuck it out while we got photos outside in the cold! (thank you bridal party for being awesome!!) The ceremony was held at their home church, Calvary, with the reception that followed at Brick Gables. I knew so many guests at their wedding and it was so fun catching up with some friends from the past at the reception <3


The reception was a blast with soloists, a t-rex, a sparkler exit, and more :) Scroll through to see all the joy & fun for yourself.
