We often hear couples say "we've never really gotten our photos taken before" or "we're not good at this sort of thing." THAT IS OK! We will take care of you ;) Kana & Wanter were one of these couples that seemed to doubt their "photo taking ability." But OH MY WORD, these two have amazing chemistry and are so adorable together. They were complete naturals in front of the camera and didn't even know it. They chose Mount Gretna for their engagement session because they actually met at Mount Gretna camp, and they both were hoping to get some photos in the water, so that worked out well because Mount Gretna has it's famous lake! However, when we walked over to the lake, there was literally no water in it; the lake was gone. I was like is there some sort of drought going on that I don't know about or something?? LOL Apparently they drain the lake every spring for maintenance. So we were all a little disappointed at first...but then I think it worked out to our advantage :) In the middle of the lake, there was a field of cattails...because there was no water, we were able to walk right up to them! The warm sun was shining through them and it was the perfect photo op. Then we found a little stream of water by the side of the lake, so we ended up getting some water photos for them after all. These two are genuinely one of the sweetest couples I have ever met and we are SO excited to photograph their wedding coming up in just a short couple of months!
