Wedding at the Waterfall / Claymont, DE / Jasmin & Matthew
Jamsin & Matthew's wedding was held at the Waterfall, which is absolutely stunning! I wish we had more hours with this sweet couple there because it was just incredible. They were supposed to have their ceremony outside, but they unfortunately had to make the decision to move it inside at the last minute because it just rained all day long. We were so bummed and felt so bad for this couple. They were such great sports about it though, and Jasmin was just all smiles the whole day long :)
There was a small window of nice weather right after the ceremony, so we were able to grab some photos outside, thank goodness! Like I said, the venue is gorgeous, however there aren't a ton of spots to take photos indoors, especially with two other weddings going on in the same building. Jasmin had an extensive list of photos that she wanted to capture; the day flew by so quickly because there was just so much going on packed in so little time. But we survived, haha, and I remember Jasmin saying, "you're right it really does fly by!" That's why we love our job - we hope to capture all of those little moments for our clients so that they can relive their day and actually remember it years down the road.
Jasmin specifically asked for some double exposures, which is a little out of my comfort zone yet, but I love to play around and experiment.
