We fell in love with Emily & Jonathan from the first time that we met them, and their wedding day was amazing! It was our first time photographing a Jewish ceremony, and it was SO much fun!! We loved seeing all of the Jewish traditions. Throughout the wedding day, (and then on the ride home), we kept saying to each other "oh my goodness I love them so much...they are so perfect for each other...they are so easy to work with" :)
Their wedding/reception was held at the Joseph Ambler Inn, which was such a lovely venue and worth the drive!
Check out Emily's dress from Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo! It is actually two pieces that you put together. I just love the vintage look <3
Lovely hair by Salon Shabella.
Aren't these flowers by Vault & Vine GORGEOUS?!! I love that there are actual succulents in the bouquets... Lovely ladies... Love that bird cage veil!
On to the gentlemen...
Emily's parents gave this goat to Jonathan as a dowry :) haha I love it!
We love Jonathan. He was so easy going! And we got so many photos of just the groom, which never happens!
First Look! It started raining a little, but it didn't stop us from taking photos!
I wanted to get a photo under this tree...and LOOK what was right above me!! I am deathly afraid of spiders...so thankfully Holly took care of it for me so that I could get my shot, hahaha.
This shot was totally worth almost being killed by a spider.
Oh my gosh aren't these two so cute together?!
We love small bridal parties :)
Love that wagon!
I just had to share this silliness :)
The Ketubah Signing
We love this sign and think it should be at every wedding ;) haha
Such a good looking bridal party!
Here comes the bride!
I loved witnessing all of the Jewish wedding traditions...this was the breaking of the glass.
Wahooo!! Look how happy they look!!
Hugs all around!
The reception hall was beautiful... Lovely cake by The Night Kitchen Bakery. Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Green!
Their first dance was awesome! It made me want to take dance lessons! haha Then ALL of the guests joined in with them on the dance floor. This group of people really knew how to party! Check out this cutie!! This cool little dude knew how to break it down! :)
Father Daughter Dance
Mother Son Dance Toasts... The bridesmaids' speech was hilarious! They gave a calendar filled with marriage advice to Emily & Jonathan. One of the pages said "Always give your spouse the same look of admiration you give the waiter when you see your food coming at a restaurant." That's good advice right there ;)
& nobody caught it! haha
Nobody caught it on try #2 either, but at least it landed right in front of someone, so I guess that counts :)
Cake time! They were nice to each other...
until Emily didn't want to share the rest of the cake with Jonathan...lol!
This was our favorite part of the reception and we were looking forward to it all night because we have never seen it done before; The Hora!
Up Emily goes! :)
and the parents went up as well! haha More dancing & celebrating followed... We loved that DJ Jake told all the guests to cheer and look our direction - how fun!
Emily & Jonathan, we feel so honored that we got to be a part of your special day and we hope that your marriage is as beautiful as your wedding day was. We love you guys and wish you the best in life!!
